3. Products & Availability

All products are sold on a limited-drop basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only; actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing differences. We do not guarantee that your monitor's display accurately reflects the actual product color.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of placing an order and is processed securely through Paystack. We accept major debit and credit cards, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), and bank transfers as available through Paystack.

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any bank or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — your order is only confirmed once we have verified payment and dispatched the items. We may contact you if there is an issue with your order (e.g., stock discrepancy, payment verification).

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Ghana. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control. 7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, photographs, and text — is the exclusive property of CASA VICTORIA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
